At the Prescott-Joseph Center, we will dedicate one of the
front parlor rooms to her.
This is the second room dedicated to an outstanding Bay Area
Artist. The first front parlor room was dedicated to
Claude Clark in December 2000.
We are very pleased that Frances has accepted this honor.
