“Masque Romance…George to Genesse”
Prescott-Joseph Center for Community Enhancement, Inc., in acknowledgement of Women’s History Month presents:
“Masque Romance…George to Genesse”
Monday March 13 through Friday, March 31. Linocuts, oils, watercolors, and fabric collage artworks, most displaying a romantic view, a solo art exhibit by visually impaired artist Genesse McGaugh are presented free to the public at the Prescott-Joseph Center. The George is in reference to George Seurat. Viewing hours are Monday through Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. You may call Prescott-Joseph at 835-8683 or the show’s curator, Tomye, prolific painter, glass artist, and Genesse’s mentor at 452-0403 for more information. You are also welcome to attend a free public reception to greet the artist, review the artworks for sale and enjoy light refreshments on Thursday March 16, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
