Dr. Burns met with Ernest Lara, Director(?), at their warehouse for non-perishable foods. This project is partially funded by Shiloh Christian Fellowship. Lara’s idea is to develop an association with non-profits having food banks or needs for food and household supplies to supply the community and be come a depot in case of local disasters. He has experience in the military in supply and stockpiled supplies for emergencies.
